We’re here to

help!

We know how troubling it is to parent a teen and to watch your child to struggle with every day life, to worry about them, and to try to protect them as best you know how. We can be that impartial service for your teen, for them to have someone to talk to about their worries and for you to know they are safe with us.

We can inspire your young person with a bespoke mentoring program. Any young person aged 13 and above, can benefit from a mentor that essentially ‘has their back’ as they work out where things have been heading in the wrong direction.

We recommend a mentoring service for young people who are struggling with:

  • How to communicate thoughts and feelings to the world

  • Emotional well-being and mental health

  • Having a lack of real direction and purpose

  • Feeling like nobody understands them

Additionally support is given via school or at home, to help them learn different ways to communicate and respond

We offer group meetings for those parenting teens who are struggling with how to interact with their child. Feel supported in a safe and confidential space, in which you can share your experiences and gain vital advice.

Focusing on problems can be our downfall. Acceptance of a current situation that allows us to focus on the possible solutions.
